Common questions answered.
Do you take requests?
Yes - for guaranteed plays, pop these in your preference sheet, any others we will try to accommodate on the night. And of course if there are any “do not plays” you can let us know these too.
How do we plan the music?
We will send you a form to complete covering first dance, last song, must hears (20 songs) and music genre preferences. If you choose an upgraded package we can chat through this on a call too to help further expand on your preferences.
What do the venue need to provide?
2 standard power sockets (13amp). We co‑ordinate timings with yourself and venue as required.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance and PAT testing, both of which are available on request.
How do we enquire?
Simply pop your details in the form and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
What is your booking process?
This is super easy, simply fill in the form and we will add you to the booking system. We ask for a 50% deposit at point of booking then final payment no later than 8 weeks before.
